A report commissioned by Ohio's legal aids finds that the bulk of tax credits for creation of low-income housing go toward projects in lower-income neighborhoods, rather than to neighborhoods with a lower rates of poverty that are described as "high opportunity" areas. Read more here.

The Ohio Poverty Law Center, a legal aid organization funded in part by the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation, has received a donation of residual settlement funds totaling over $11,000.
