IOLTA Programs Receive Portion of Funds From Settlement

Through the Department of Justice's (DOJ's) settlement with Bank of America, Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) Programs will receive significant funds for foreclosure prevention and community redevelopment legal assistance.
