ABLE Staff Assists with Securing Residency Permit

Toledo's Advocates for Basic Legal Equality Inc.(ABLE) helped guide Carlos Gutierrez, a native of Honduras, and his spouse, Justin Hines, of Archbold Ohio through the immigration application process.
