A June survey of prospective law students by Kaplan Test Prep found that nearly 70 percent supported a rule requiring law students to perform pro bono work before being admitted to the bar.

Mary Amos Augsburger is the new Executive Director of the Ohio State Bar Association, it was announced today. The Supreme Court of Ohio has adopted standardized forms for use in family law cases. The forms will increase access and efficiency in domestic relations and juvenile courts by providing forms which will be accepted in every county in Ohio, for use by both lawyers and unrepresented litigants.
