Foreclosure Settlement Funds to be Paid to Victims of Fraud, Abuse

Court Adopts Standardized Forms

The Supreme Court of Ohio has adopted standardized forms for use in family law cases. The forms will increase access and efficiency in domestic relations and juvenile courts by providing forms which will be accepted in every county in Ohio, for use by both lawyers and unrepresented litigants. Stark Honor Court Recognizes Graduates

A ceremony this week in the Stark County Honor Court, which focuses on treatment for veterans and active military personnel charged with a criminal offense, recognized the latest group of graduates.
