United States Senators Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman sent a joint letter to Bank of America requesting millions of dollars from the recent settlement to help improve neighborhoods in Ohio. Through the Department of Justice's (DOJ's) settlement with Bank of America, Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) Programs will receive significant funds for foreclosure prevention and community redevelopment legal assistance.
