The Ohio Access to Justice Foundation Board of Directors is pleased to welcome new trustees. The Board of Directors supports the Foundation’s mission of improving access to justice and ensuring that legal aid and other resources, programs, and services address the civil legal needs of low-income Ohioans.

The new trustees are:

Thomas G. Eagle, attorney at law, resides in Lebanon, Ohio, where his practice areas include civil and criminal litigation; trials and appeals, including consumer rights, real estate, and commercial disputes; and family law, personal injury, and real estate. He is a member of the Dayton, Warren County, Butler County, Ohio State, Kentucky, and Federal (Dayton Chapter) Bar Associations along with the Ohio Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.

Charles “Chip” Gerhardt, president & CEO, Government Strategies Group, LLC, has made government affairs, economic development, and issue advocacy his life’s work. He has worked for decades in the public and private sectors and advocated at the local, state, and federal levels of government. He has been involved in significant policies including the creation of tax increment financing districts, the Clean Ohio program, the Cincinnati City Center Development Corporation, and the passage of the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act.
